Deep Pleat cartridges have more filter area than conventional pleated synthetic media. Pleats are 50% deeper because MikroBossâ media prevents pleats collapsing under operating pressure. Increased filter area lowers pressure drop, reduces cleaning frequency, increases capacity, and improves filter life. Media is available in spun bond and spun laid polyester and polypropylene, as well as PTFE membrane, Nomex, and antistatic aluminized media.
